Dan's Van Food Truck

Dan's food is exceptional, and he's just a quality dude (friendly, good conversation, a passion for food). I always get a green chili burger, but his gumbo and specials I've tried are also top notch. The green chili burger is easily one of the best burgers I've ever had, and I've had most if them in Northern Colorado.

I had heard about Dan’s Van for a while, and finally got to try it the other day! It far exceeded my expectations, and I’m excited to try them again here soon! The burgers are to die for.
